Product Pages
Product detail pages give you everything you need to make an informed purchasing decision — specifications, documentation, availability, and a direct path to requesting a quote — all without requiring an account.
Product specifications
Each product page displays comprehensive technical specifications in a structured format. For cement, you see compressive strength, setting time, fineness, and applicable standards. For steel rebar, you get yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, and grade classification. For lumber, dimensions, moisture content, species, and grade.
All product names appear in both Arabic and English. Unit of measure, packaging details, and minimum order quantities are clearly stated. Where applicable, the page shows Egyptian and international standard references (ES, ASTM, BS, ISO).
Documentation and certifications
Products include downloadable documentation when provided by the supplier: technical datasheets, safety data sheets (SDS), test certificates, compliance certificates, and installation guides. These PDFs are essential for procurement teams who need to verify that materials meet project specifications before requesting a quote.
Manufacturer information and origin country are displayed. For products with shelf life considerations — cement (3-6 months), adhesives (12 months), sealants (18 months) — storage requirements and expiry guidance are noted.
Price ranges and quote requests
The product page shows a price range rather than a fixed price. This range reflects recent quoting history across the platform and gives you a directional estimate for budgeting. For example: "EGP 45-52/bag for quantities of 500+" or "Starting from EGP 3,200/bundle."
Prices are shown excluding VAT. The 14% VAT required by Egyptian tax law is calculated and displayed separately during the quoting process.
A prominent "Request Quote" button appears on every product page. Clicking it adds the product to your material list with a quantity field. If you are not yet logged in, you will be prompted to register with just four fields (phone, company name, full name, OTP) before your quote request is submitted.
Availability and lead times
The availability indicator on the product page reflects aggregated supplier stock data across HyperQuote's network. Products marked "Available" have been recently confirmed by suppliers. Products with lead times show estimated fulfillment timelines.
For volatile commodities like steel and cement, availability can change rapidly. The system flags products where stock data is aging, and the quoting process includes a verification step where suppliers confirm actual availability for your specific order.
Product pages suggest related items that are commonly purchased together — rebar tie wire alongside reinforcement bars, for instance. When a product is out of stock or on extended lead time, the page recommends alternative products that meet similar specifications, helping you find substitutes without starting a new search.
