When you are building a material list for a project, the AI suggests commonly co-purchased items. Adding reinforcement steel triggers suggestions for tie wire and chairs. Adding cement suggests aggregates and admixtures. These suggestions draw from platform-wide purchasing patterns in the Egyptian construction market, filtered to your project type and scale.

For the AI estimation feature — where you describe a project and the system generates a material list — recommendations go deeper.
