What is HyperQuote
HyperQuote is a B2B building materials platform built for Egypt's construction industry. We connect contractors with verified suppliers through a single branded experience — one quote request, multiple supplier bids, delivered to your site.
The Egyptian construction market runs on relationships, phone calls, and handshake deals. Contractors spend days chasing quotes from multiple suppliers, comparing prices on paper, and coordinating deliveries with no visibility. HyperQuote replaces that chaos with a structured, transparent system while keeping the communication patterns Egyptian businesses already use.
How the platform works
You submit a material list through HyperQuote, and the team matches your request to verified suppliers in our network. Lyon AI for account-specific help lives in the signed-in portal app. Within 4 hours during business days (Sunday through Thursday), you receive a consolidated quote with unit pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
You can accept the quote as-is, negotiate quantities, swap materials for alternatives, or request changes. Once you confirm, we handle procurement, coordinate delivery logistics, and manage supplier payments — all from your dashboard.
Who uses HyperQuote
Contractors and construction companies request quotes, manage projects, and track deliveries through the customer portal. Whether you're building a single villa or managing a multi-tower development, the platform scales to your needs.
Building material suppliers publish their catalogs, set pricing, and receive purchase orders through the supplier portal. HyperQuote brings them qualified buyers without the overhead of a sales team.
Delivery drivers use the driver app for route optimization, proof of delivery, and real-time communication with the operations team.
The quote-based model
HyperQuote does not publish fixed prices. Every transaction starts with a quote request because building material pricing in Egypt fluctuates daily based on supply, demand, and supplier relationships. This quote-based model ensures you always get current, competitive pricing from multiple sources.
Quotes are valid for a defined period and include 14% VAT as required by Egyptian tax law. All invoices are ETA e-invoicing compliant.
Payment and compliance
We support the payment methods Egyptian businesses actually use: wire transfers, post-dated cheques, cash on delivery, and letters of credit. No online payments or mobile wallets — this matches how B2B construction transactions work in Egypt.
All financial operations comply with Egyptian commercial law, including ETA electronic invoicing requirements and proper VAT handling.
